ABOUT ME

My name is Annmarie, and I am the owner and artist behind Annmurry Photography. I am a Christchurch based photographer, and I take pride in the privilege of photographing the precious moments in life.

My husband Rob and I have been married 16 years and have 2 children, stepson Damin (21) and Levi (9)

I have always loved taking photos, but it was not until November 2012 I started my business, initially just as a hobby. I was pregnant, and my son, Levi, decided to arrive early at 33 weeks. We spent some time in the NICU, and I got to witness first hand the fragile newborn state and how quickly moments pass you by.

I want to make sure that these moments are captured, and so I started building a portfolio, which eventually turned into my business. My portfolio now includes award-winning photos and photos featured in magazines.

I understand that pregnancy is a privilege, not given and that this time is precious, and even more so that the 4th trimester is uniquely precious all on its own. My goal is to capture your journey through maternity photos, newborn photos and your baby’s milestones. I want you to have beautiful images to remember these special moments by.
